Braxton is a certified Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer and has his doctorate in Physical Therapy. He currently co-hosts a weekly radio show Ask the Fat Doctors with Jamie Dukes (analyst for the NFL Network) on Atlanta radio station 1380 WAOK. Braxton’s new book Fat Free for Life: 13 Principles of Guaranteed Weight Loss and Ultimate Health will be published in January 2015 by Charisma House Publishing. Braxton is known for his dedication in his community and beyond. He has received inspiration from his uncle and world-renowned comedian, Bill Cosby. Braxton also has partnered with his cousin Leon Cosby III to create a new entertainment production company called Cosby Media Productions. Braxton lives with his wife and 3 daughters in Atlanta, GA.
Haamid brings over 18 years of in-depth and varied experience in software development to the Smashon team. He has successfully led engineering teams in delivering high-priority projects with aggressive deadlines at companies ranging from conglomerates to startup ventures. At Smashon, Haamid wants to leverage technology to enable members to effortlessly interact with their local communities, allowing them to access and share relevant information and metrics as they choose. Prior to joining Smashon, Haamid served as CTO of Narvar, a tech startup that provides supply chain as a service cloud platform for ecommerce. Haamid led the team at Walmart Labs, developing a new service-based global ecommerce platform for the world’s largest retailer. Haamid did his undergraduate work in Computer Science and Mathematics at IIT Delhi. He also holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
